Ondo Finance has announced that it is acquiring Oasis Pro, including its SEC-registered broker-dealer, Alternative Trading System (ATS), and Transfer Agent (TA). This move aims to strengthen the development of regulated tokenized securities in the U.S. financial market.

With this acquisition, Ondo plans to expand its tokenized finance offerings, positioning itself as a key player in the blockchain-based securities space.

Ondo Finance’s acquisition of Oasis Pro marks a pivotal step in its mission to bring blockchain-based financial products to the U.S. market. The deal will provide Ondo with the necessary regulatory licenses to offer a comprehensive range of services for tokenized securities, including a broker-dealer, an ATS, and a transfer agent, all registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Nathan Allman, CEO of Ondo Finance, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, noting, “This acquisition will empower us to realize our vision of building a robust and accessible tokenized financial system, backed by the strongest regulatory foundations.”

The deal allows Ondo to expand its offerings to U.S. investors, including tokenized securities backed by traditional assets, such as stocks and bonds.
